Hi! I'm Karina (she/her). I'm an ICF career coach and career consultant helping late-diagnosed AuDHD women and queer folks design work that actually fits their lives — whether that's building a business, crafting a portfolio career, or finding a workplace that doesn't require constant masking.
I'm based in Novi Sad, Serbia (yes, the Balkans!).
My next steps: expanding from Russian-speaking clients to English-speaking ones, and continuing my ICF coaching certification journey.

P.S. I've been reading through everyone's intros and I'm genuinely fascinated by the niches here — neuromovement practice, shame-free website launches, audiolessons... The specificity! The creativity! It's like collecting little beads of "oh, THAT'S a thing someone can do." This community already feels like my people.
