I LOVE "slow is smooth and smooth is fast," I tell myself this all the time, especially as a recovering perfectionist. My current faves:
It'll be better tomorrow, but you have to get through today first.
If something is worth doing it's worth doing badly. (As in, brushing your teeth for 10 seconds is infinitely better than not doing it at all. This was a hard one for me to swallow for a long time.)
Don't let perfection get in the way of done.
